Get ready to bump, set, and spike with Coach Ryan Quah!

With 12 years of playing experience and one year of coaching experience in Canada,

he's got all the skills to lead the U15 and U18 girls' teams at Grace Volleyball Academy.

Ryan is a master on the court, having played as a middle player in Selangor and earning the title of Best Middle Spiker in the MSSD and MSSS competitions in 2012 (he's 6ft tall btw!).

He's also represented the MILO Youth National Games in 2011 and played for the Selangor state team from 2011 to 2013.

But it's not just about his playing experience - Ryan is also a fantastic coach, having spent a year coaching in Canada and completing a refereeing course in 2015. Having most recently obtaining his coaching level 1 certificate from MAVA demonstrates his commitment to professional development and growth in the sport. Ryan is now the Head Coach at Grace Volleyball Academy, where he shares his knowledge and passion for volleyball with his players.

Ryan is a self-declared chilli pan mee connoisseur. In fact, he'd eat it every day if he could!

You could probably bribe him with some if you ever needed a favour from him.. ;)

And if you're ever talking to Ryan, don't be surprised if he mentions that his kid is orange.

(We're not exactly sure what that means, but it sure sounds fun!)
