RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Refund/Return Policy

A) Apparel

  • If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may request for an exchange or refund within 30 days.

  • Please note that customized jerseys are strictly non-refundable/exchangeable.

 

B) Program fees 

Paid program fees are strictly non-refundable except for the following reasons: 

i) RM 2400 / 40 Sessions

  • For cancellations made before June 2023, a cancellation penalty fee of RM400 will be deducted from the program fee and the balance will be refunded in cash/ bank transfer.

  • For cancellations made in June, strictly no credit refunds will be made.

 

ii) RM 600 / 10 Sessions (Deposit RM 400 required)

  • For cancellations made during the course of the season (Feb - June 2023), the deposit of RM400 will be forfeited while any unused credits will be refunded in cash/ bank transfer.

  • Any unused credits upon completion of the season are strictly non-refundable. However, they can be carried forward to the next season for up to a maximum of 4 credits.

 

iii) Unused Credits

  • Any unused credits can be carried forward to the next season up to a maximum of 4 credits

  • More than 4 session cancellations due to injury must be written to us with a doctor’s letter

 

Return Method 

A) Apparel 

  • You may bring your items for exchange/ return to Republic of Futsal during any of the training sessions. If you are unable to do so, please write to us for a mailing address. 

  • Customers will have to bear the cost of return postage charges for returned products.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds/ Exchanges will be made within 3 working days. 

  • If you fail to receive your refund, please write to us @ hello@gracevolleyball.com
