Program Description

Who should join this camp? You should join if you are part of the school volleyball team, eager to learn more technical skill in receiving or spiking, or if you are recommended by your coach. What will I learn at camp? At camp, you will be taught proper technique and fundamental skill development. Our experienced coaches will guide you through essential drills and exercises to enhance your serving, spiking, and defensive abilities, helping you build a solid foundation for your volleyball journey. How will the camp be conducted? Athletes will be grouped together based on gender. Each group will receive intensive technical instruction and the necessary repetitions to reinforce each new skill.
